In the continuing discussion about the future of Charity Hospital, the firm of RMJM Hillier responded last week to a letter released on October 24 by Angele Davis, Commissioner of Administration for Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal. In this Ms. Davis attempts to refute the RMJM Hillier feasibility study commissioned by the Foundation for Historical Louisiana, a partner of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
